Rain! in California!!

Yesterday, I started posting views from our window in the Alps. I had to interrupt this series to show our big news: yes, it really rained yesterday. Amazing! Proof of life as viewed from our house. Having said that, it was supposed to rain a lot, and it did not. But it was enough water, combined with the little bit from last week, to turn everything green pretty soon. I am pretty excited!
